Online Classes

Can’t get to the studio?

Work out from home! We have over 150 recorded workouts created by Diverse trainers designed to build confidence, strength and cardiovascular health. Best of all, access is included in monthly memberships. If you are a punch card user, you can easily add online classes to your card.

Group In-Studio Classes

There is something super motivating about being part of a group. Its why we offer 21 group classes per week.

At Diverse, we specialize in small group classes focused on functional fitness inside and outside of the studio. We motivate and encourage clients to achieve and surpass their goals no matter their fitness level.

“DTC Strength” is an instructor led class combining resistance, cardio and core exercises. Its great for all levels of fitness and provides a fun, safe atmosphere. The routines change constantly, keeping the body and mind engaged.

Personal Training

Working private or semi-private with one of our personal trainers is a great way to get started, to address a specific goal, to recover from an injury or to customize your training to your specific goals.

Our trainers are available daytime and evening to suit your unique schedule. You get a dedicated time each week and the consistency of a trainer who has designed your program for your unique goals.

Customized Workout Plans

Our personalized workout plan is designed specifically for you based on your fitness goals, current fitness level, and any limitations you may have. The plan includes a variety of exercises targeting different muscle groups to ensure a well-rounded workout. With a combination of strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises, you will see progress and improvements in your overall fitness.

Youth and Team Training

Our trainers have a strong history in team sports which is why we excel at sport specific dryland training.
