Our in studio group class schedule in made up of 4 different styles of class, which are described below. Our classes are designed to compliment each other and allow our members the ability to switch up their routine weekly keeping them engaged and motivated. All of our classes are great for all levels of fitness as our trainers are here to help modify exercises to suit everyone 🙂
“DXT” is our original legendary fitness class, which is named after the gym Diverse Extreme Training and has evolved over the last 10 years. Every day is a different workout designed to challenge the beginner, and take the elite to the next level. It is a combination of strength training, cardio, core, endurance, agility and plyometric movement.
“HITT & Stretch” is a combination of 45min High Intensity Interval Training and 15min yoga inspired athletic stretch. This class guarantees our members a sweaty, fast paced workout followed by a good stretch.
“BoxFit”, this class is awesome. It consists of 25min of strength and conditioning training followed by 25min of non- competitive, non-contact kickboxing. You are not required to have any experience in kickboxing, we will teach you all you need to know for this class. This is a great class to switch things up.
“Fusion”, this class is 45min in length and is designed to build each individuals confidence in the group class setting and is the perfect stepping-stone to our legendary DXT and other group classes. A lot of our members will start with this lower intensity class and then move into our other classes.
